Seniors over the age of 65
Canadian residents
Applicants must be independent and able to care for themselves and their apartments

How can you apply to live in the Residence?

To apply you may contact St. Demetrius Residence office for an application form to be sent to you. A current medical evaluation is required to determine your eligibility. An interview to review your eligibility and ability to live independently is then scheduled.

What is the monthly rental cost to live in the Residence?

Small Bachelor Apartment:	$714.00 / month
Large Bachelor Apartment:	$786.00 / month
One Bedroom Apartment:	$829.00 / month
Two Bedroom Apartment:	$1060.00 / month
Underground Parking:	$28.00 / month
Surface Parking:	$18.00 / month
